The problem

Sales, warehouse, B2B ordering, rewards, and hiring each lived in their own tool — with reps and staff doing hours of manual data entry to keep them in sync.

What was built

One unified platform: a native CRM with a built-in dialer and messaging, a multi-warehouse WMS with barcode pick/pack/ship, a self-service B2B wholesale portal, retail and consumer rewards, and a hiring/training pipeline.

Operating model

Wholesale distribution to retailers nationwide, with field sales reps and a self-service ordering portal for accounts.
